Fought through the pain, got off my behind, and did some high intensity training at the crossfit cafe. I went from 206lbs and 17% fat to 187 and 9.7% fat in 3 months. You don't need to spend 100s a month on pills and weight loss crap, with no outside clinical research to back it's claims, to lose weight. Just get up and do something. It's simple."

"CrossFit and the people at CrossFit Cafe and Virginia Beach Barbell Club have truly changed my life! Instead of watching TV and eating, I now workout and eat Paleo. This month I lost 6.1 lbs for a total of 21 lbs and I lost 3.5 inches this month. With my biggest losses in my waist and hips. I checked my BMI today and I am no longer obese, just overweight!
