This membership option is ideal for those who want to follow their own programming and simply need a space to train. If you’re an olympic weightlifter, power lifter or CrossFit competitor, this would be right up your alley. If you’ve tried this option in your local fitness chain you’ve probably been scolded for dropping plates or making too much noise. We might even let you workout shirtless but you have to bring your own mirror. (classes always have priority on use of equipment) (no coached classes)

These classes introduce you to CrossFit and show you how you can scale all the movements down to your individual skill level while you get stronger and more fit! Your first three are only $20.00 as you discover and learn what your body is capable of. Classes start every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, and meet at 6:30 pm. for one hour on Monday, wednesday, and Thursday. *** this 20.00 is non-refundable but will be put towards your first months membership if you become an XFC athlete.

This class is for women only! it is a crossfit class with the exception of using heavy barbell movements. The barbell will be used but with minimal weight!! this is a learn as you go class that requires no previous experience with crossfit. however, the intensity remains high in this class, when your working out you will go hard just not heavy! you do not need to take fundamental class to start this class. this is a great stepping stone to eventually jump into our regular crossfit classes with taking our fundamentals course.
