Superfit kids class

* CrossFit light classes are the same as CrossFit classes minus the heavy bar work. The most weight that will be handled in these classes are no more than 35 pounds. Cross Light class requires no prerequisites to join, whereas Regular CrossFit classes require a 6-session Fundamentals course.

* These classes are Monday thru Friday at 10:00 am with a babysitter, and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30 pm. (no babysitter).

*  two types of memberships are available:

     1:  Unlimited classes: (take as many womans only classes as

         you want).  

             one year contract is $75 / month paid monthly.

             Month to month contract is $90 / month paid monthly.

     2:  three classes per week:  (take any 3 classes each week;  

          monday - friday)

              one year contract is $50 / month paid monthly.

              month to month contract is $75 / month paid monthly. **  all morning classes have a babysitter with no extra charge. 

 The goal of our Women’s only CrossFit light class is to increase your general physical preparedness using the same CrossFit methodologies as any regular CrossFit class. Our goal for each athlete is to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance through body weight and lightly weighted, constantly varied, coached workouts. 

* In addition, nutritional guidance will be a constant theme of these classes as we educate you on proper diet. This combination of intense workouts and clean eating has proven to produce the greatest physical change possible in the shortest amount of time. We consistently hear from our female athletes about the loss of several dress sizes within months of starting! 

* the childs room is adjacent to the workout area.  There is a tv with xbox.  toys, and we have internet they can connect to.

Fitness class for kids age 9-15 !!!  Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, SuperFit  Kids provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. At SuperFit Kids, our program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children.

Following our gym’s mission statement to improve the quality of life for our members, our goal is to help children become the best possible version of themselves. We are committed to teaching children to become successful leaders while also promoting the importance of health and fitness in a safe and positive learning environment.

SuperFit Kids make fitness FUN.  In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child makes better food choices, has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.

every Tuesday and Thursday

ages 9 -15; class lasts one hour, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.


$75 per month per child $125 per month for two and $175 for three.

All of our SuperFit Kids coaches have been background checked and are fully certified in the CrossFit methodology as well as holding other fitness certifications.
